Uniquely manufactured for each patient, the Phase II is a custom molded rigid or semi-rigid AFO that supports the ankle and foot in multiple planes. Its intergrated interface provides additional foot and ankle support, reduces lower leg edema and helps to prevent tissue injury. Non-elastic straps help avoid excessively high or low compression levels associated with edema changes and make the Phase II easy to apply and adjust. The results of this optimal design are remarkably increased ambulation, decreased pain and overall patient comfort. |
