The NightSleeve can be donned in less than one minute as opposed to 20 minutes for bandage wrapping (not including re-rolling time). Easy donning and doffing is the main reason that studies indicate 98% compliance. Many therapists advise that non-compliance is a serious problem among patients that bandage wrap. Using the NightSleeve on a regular, consistent basis has helped many patients maintain and reduce Lymphedema volumes over time.

Custom Fit and Adjustment

The NightSleeve is custom fit by applying a simple straight stitch down the “fin” of the garment. By applying a new stitch each time the patient decreases, a custom fit will be maintained. Complete, detailed instructions, as well as a video/DVD demonstration of the fitting and adjusting process is provided with each NightSleeve.

Easy Donning and Doffing

The NightSleeve comes with optional donning loops that can be sewn on either end of the garment. Patients with limited mobility can place the loop around a door knob and simply slide into or out of the garment.
